During the 2020 lockdown, a friend shared, on a group like many others, a list from Japan of 49 words of positive thinking.
If you wished, you could repeat these words every day, like a meditation, to spread these beautiful ideas for yourself or for the Earth.
Later, I came up with the idea of a very short daily improvisation based on each of these words.
Here they are grouped together.
