For a long time I have been deeply fascinated and attracted by everything that concerns spirituality and an attempt to gain greater knowledge of our deepest “self” and in this vast field, “meditation” and what it represents generate enormous interest in me.
These “4 Meditations” of mine are my research in this sense through sound, they are an attempt to create rarefied environments that can convey concentration and reflection.
They are dedicated to Anna, my daughter, who, at the time of writing, is one year and three months old.
They are dedicated to her because the themes on which they are based were conceived by me every time I held her in my arms to put her to sleep.
In fact, they could originally have been “lullabies” but then, while I was developing them, I saw that they wanted to take a different direction even if, in some way, complementary and I followed her.
