Klezmer is a Jewish Ashkenazi musical tradition from Central and Eastern Europe. It was developed in the XV century with influences from the music of far eastern Europe and Asia (Slave and Tzigane). I'm proposing two progressive melodies from a traditional repertoire that I have harmonized together for a guitar quartet. The interpretation of these pieces is meant to be joyous and rhyhmic in order to give a festive style to the collection.
