Un Petit Bis op.92a, composed by John W. Duarte in 1991, was premiered by John Turner and Neil Smith. It serves as an encore to Un Petit Jazz op.92 and ideally follows its fourth movement, ‘Twelve’. The piece is light-hearted with playful moments, featuring swung quavers and an optional faster tempo. Ossia parts are included for the recorder to accommodate out-of-range notes.
