Avec doigté

Finding the balance between percussion and classical guitar is no easy task. For this piece, the percussion instruments are played only with fingers and fingernails, just like the guitar; hence the title “Avec doigté” (with finger or with fingering). The link between the two performers is in their way of playing the instruments.

The expression “avec doigté” also means with delicacy, tact or skill.
