This creation for two guitars comes from a request from Adam Kossler. He suggested some tonalities and I chose F# minor. As Bach is the master of these musical forms, I dared to draw inspiration from his works. The prelude is a pastiche of Prelude No. 2 in C minor. The fugue is for four voices inspired by Bach. This duet will be part of a project by the Kossler brothers to commission preludes and fugues from several composers.
