Hulihan’s Hooligans

Anyone who has been in rehearsals with Chuck Hulihan knows that while the ensemble is preparing for a great performance, the journey along the way is going to be a staggering multitude of the following: nit-picky musical details, group and individual challenges, stories, philosophy and pure unmitigated fun! That, is the inspiration for Hulihan’s Hooligan’s: sometimes we get a little “krazy” in the rehearsal process… Chuck wouldn’t have it any other way! The piece should be played with smiles and joyful abandonment and maybe, just maybe, the audience will wonder, what have you been up to?!
